New Air Conditioner for Ponte Vedra Family

Recently, Donovan Heat & Air installed a new system for a family in Ponte Vedra.

 We have the existing outdoor unit below.

 The new unit is below.  We made some adjustments to the existing ductwork to help with static pressure.  The main adjustment was increasing the return.

You can see in the picture above the major differences in the installation.  We installed the unit inside a pan.  Also the system has two water safety devices.

Above is the the finished outdoor unit on a new hurricane pad.
